(2) The following document discusses in more detail a concept that I mentioned in class – that what we "should" do is not necessarily what we "will" do: Organizational Ethics and the Ethical Decision Making Process.docx

Describe an ethical dilemma that you have faced either in the workplace or in another setting. Use the ethical decision making process to determine how you should handle the issue. In your conclusion, ask yourself if what you “should do” is what you “would do” (or did do). If the two are inconsistent, why is that the case? What options, if any, should be pursued to eliminate this inconsistency?
If you select a workplace dilemma, you should identify the ethical principles / tests required by corporate policy and/or utilized by management in your analysis of the ethical aspect of the decision. If these are not apparent from your situation, describe the principles / tests that you think would apply to your situation.
Your homework should be no more than 1-2 typed pages. The ethical dilemma is worth 5 points. Your use of the ethical decision making process in reaching your conclusion(s) is worth 20 points.
